Quality Award
On February 5, 2009, CMC honored two employees with the first annual Quality Award. During the selection process, candidates were evaluated based on their dedication to:
- Comply with valid requirements
- Minimize defects
- Continuously improve
The employees who received this award were Bob Scholtz, Turning Group Leader; and Dave Henderson, Machinist.
The quality of the work performed by both Bob and Dave is the standard by which all other work at CMC is measured. They have demonstrated the ability to manufacture some of the most complex components to very demanding tolerances. Their focus on producing a high quality product EVERY TIME is an outstanding attribute and has resulted in new customers with multiyear agreements for new work. We look forward to continuing with this award in order to recognize those who are focused on the quality of their work and to CMC<92>s Quality Management System. Congratulations to both Bob and Dave!
