CYGNUS MANUFACTURING COMPANY NAMES KIM McKEAN MANAGER OF HUMAN RESOURCES
SAXONBURG, PA – February 16, 2009 --- Cygnus Manufacturing Company (CMC) has hired Kimberly McKean as manager of human resources. Prior to joining CMC, Ms. McKean served in a similar capacity at II-VI Incorporated for five years. In her new position, she will be involved heavily with the development and implementation of recruitment, orientation, employee relations, and education and training programs.

Ms. McKean holds a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management from LaRoche College and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh.
